What format are the photos in? All JewelrySnap jewelry pictures are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add jewelry pictures as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest jewelry pictures that we have posted.
Can I submit stock photos to sell? Right now the only jewelry pictures that we sell are the ones taken by JewelrySnap.com and it's photographers that are selected. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of stock photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the JewelrySnap photos that I download? Yes. While JewelrySnap offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the resell of our photos (or photos within) in templated objects. These jewelry pictures are to be used in a catalog, for a store event, for newspaper, web or any other advertising purposes.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
How many days will my download link be active? Download links are only active for three days. After three days a stock photo or ad must be purchased again in order to download the file.
Are your jewelry pictures "doctored" in photoshop?
Yes, all of them are.
How good are your images?
I'd honestly say that we try our best to deliver quality shots. I would also say that our jewelry pictures should run pretty good in newspaper and in magazine, although we've not personally tried all of them. Some jewelry images are better than others. If you are thinking about a specific one, then email us which photo and we will send you a blown-up portion of it.
Why do you not leave the logos on the watches?
We do this for legal reasons, we cannot sale the stock photos with logos on them.
Are these images guaranteed to print good?
Well, we do our best to have them print well, but it is also in the hands of the printer. We suggest for newsprint having the newspaper (or you) converting the image to grayscale and slightly raise the contrast - this will help the jewelry pictures to not look as "muddy" on the newspaper press.
I love one of your photos but we don't carry anything like that, can you help to get it?
We cannot guarantee anything, but certain products we can try to locate for you. Just send us an email and which product.
